About

I am an executive coach and facilitator with over 20 years experience working with different organisations and industries such as financial services, retail, FMCG, consulting services, engineering and media.

Born in London, to Indian Immigrant parents, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching style, heavily influenced by my personal history and my passion for cultural intelligence. With a degree in management science and extensive experience from travelling the globe, I possess a sensitive antenna for different perspectives and cultures, coupled with a deep curiosity and understanding of people and what drives them.

Today, I channel this diverse background into my coaching, consulting and facilitation practice, challenging the status quo and introducing new perspectives and transformative thinking to my clients. Honesty and authenticity are at the core of my approach, and clients value my signature warm but challenging style. Through my coaching practise, I have a keen ability to quickly and sensitively identify my clients' goals and uncover their limiting beliefs, enabling them to achieve profound and sustainable change. Engaging, challenging, and compassionate are words clients often use to describe me. I believe in empowering individuals to step out of their comfort zones and embrace the uncomfortable, because that, I believe, is where real growth and transformation occurs.

MindGym

Behaviour Change Consultancy

Working as the people projects director I completed a full diagnostic of the MindGym new joiner process and designed a comprehensive, interactive onboarding process. Results showed increases in retention, speed to productivity and engagement scores of new joiners.

I also supported the cultural transition as they embedded their digital directorate into the core business. Through various interventions including listening sessions and focus groups, I surfaced key themes and supported directors in transitioning the teams into a 'one MindGym' mindset.

Atkins

Design Engineering & Project Management Consultancy

Working with their ethnic minority network group, I ran a series of roundtables to surface the lived experiences of ethnic minority employees. Run in a group coaching style, I created psychological safety for the group and enabled participants to open up and show their vulnerability in a safe space.

The feedback was overwhelmingly positive and enabled individuals to recognise what may be holding them back from being their authentic selves at work, and allowed the network chairs to articulate barriers that could be broken down by the organisation.

Europe's leading largest frozen food company

Inclusive Leaders Program - I delivered a series of workshops to Nomad's non board directors across Europe. Using my cultural intelligence expertise I ran group coaching workshops on eg Inclusive Leadership and Inclusive Hiring. These were a resounding success and have been embedded in their BAU L&D offer - I supported this through train-the-trainer delivery at the end of the project.

Performance Coaching - I worked with a number of teaching and non-teaching leaders at Harrow School on various different personal development goals.

Clients choose what they wish to bring to our coaching conversations- they focus on any number of issues, including handling difficult conversations, managing senior stakeholders, building self-belief, or leading inclusively.

Here I garnered my strong leadership skills, started my coaching journey, and developed my HR specialism. I led teams across several disciplines, from Resourcing, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion to Organisational Change.

At Third Space I worked with the CEO and Ops Director to diagnose the people challenges that needed to be met in order for the group to realise their growth ambitions.

I worked with them to implement my recommendations, one of which was the appointment of a People Director.

I worked on a consulting project within the Group HR team - I designed an EVP, reviewed their resourcing practices, and worked with the team to improve their overall effectiveness. I also supported the design of an L&D offer focussed on sales, service and specialism.
